Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday for the full academic year
Salary: UPS1-UPS3 (Inner London) + SEND Allowance

Are you a passionate and experienced Qualified Teacher of the Deaf looking for your next step in leadership? A warm, inclusive, and well-resourced primary school in Islington is seeking a dedicated Lead QToD to join their established Deaf Provision from September 2025.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role, shaping the strategic direction of the deaf provision and making a lasting impact on the lives of deaf pupils. You will be joining a forward-thinking, supportive team that places inclusion, independence, and high aspirations at the heart of everything they do.

About the role:

• Lead and manage the school's deaf provision, working closely with the SENDCo and Senior Leadership Team

• Collaborate with external professionals and local authorities to ensure best outcomes for pupils

• Inspire, support, and guide a committed team of support staff and specialist teachers

• Ensure provision is inclusive, aspirational, and fully aligned with EHCP outcomes and individual needs

• Monitor pupil progress and lead on effective intervention strategies

• Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider school community
