? Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, HLTA, or equivalent)
• Have experience working with children aged 4-11 in an educational setting
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Show initiative, flexibility, and a nurturing approach to child development
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
• Support inclusive practices and uphold our ethos of respect and belonging

?? What You'll Do

As a Teacher Partner, you will:

• Work closely with class teachers to support lesson delivery and learning objectives
• Provide tailored assistance to children with varying educational needs
• Engage pupils in creative, stimulating activities in and beyond the classroom
• Support assessment, feedback, and pupil progress tracking
• Foster a positive environment for pupils, staff, and parents alike
