Teaching and Learning Coach

We are seeking passionate Teaching and Learning Coaches to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to empowering educators and enhancing teaching practices across various subject areas. Day-to-day of the role:

• Coach teaching staff to develop and implement outstanding teaching practices.
• Conduct learning walks, observations, and drop-ins to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment (TLA).
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions and continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
• Support the integration of digital tools and innovative teaching techniques.
• Collaborate closely with curriculum managers to set and achieve ambitious improvement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record of effective teaching within an FE/HE setting.
• Strong understanding of current educational methodologies and blended pedagogical practices.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching educators with demonstrable improvements in teaching quality.
• Excellent digital skills, proficient in educational tools such as Microsoft Teams and Canvas.
• A strong commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative work.
