The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who may need additional support.
- Assist with classroom management and general day-to-day activities.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all pupils to thrive.

What We're Looking For:
- Ideally hold a Level 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
- Consideration will also be given to candidates with relevant experience and/or similar qualifications
- A passion for working with children and a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to be a team player
