Pay: £90 per day

Your role as a teaching assistant:

At term time teachers, we are looking for patient and flexible teaching assistants to support a number of amazing secondary schools across Tunbridge Wells as part of our agency team. This could be the role for you if you're looking to gain experience working in secondary schools to begin your career as a teaching assistant or if you're an experienced teaching assistant looking to start your next role. During this role you will be supporting teachers with their day to day activities whilst helping students flourish within their educational setting.

The ideal teaching assistant should possess:

• Strong communication skills
• Active listening skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• An understanding towards children
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
