Teaching Assisant

We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

• Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and within small groups

• Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour management

• Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment

• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills

• Inclusive and diverse community school with a strong team ethos

• Supportive staff and leadership who value professional development

• Great transport links across East London

• Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language)

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Ideally Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (not essential)

• Competitive daily rate (£85-£100 per day, depending on experience)
