Are you committed to making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs and complex needs? We are seeking experienced and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team at a thriving secondary school in Warwick.About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to children and young adults with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and other complex needs. Your focus will be on fostering a supportive and engaging environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support to students during lessons and activities.
• Assist with implementing individualised learning plans and therapies.
• Support the physical, emotional, and educational development of students.
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to deliver the highest quality care and education.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young adults with SEN and complex needs.
• Experience with ASD and PMLD is highly desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
