Tradewind are working with a SEN school in High Wycombe that are looking for compassionate and caring teaching assistants to join their school. The school support learners with a broad range of severe and moderate learning difficulties. Those that have had previous experience working with special educational needs or in the care sector are encouraged to apply!

*** Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant

*** High Wycombe

***£89-£105 per day (depending on experience)

*** Immediate Start (Monday - Friday)

*** Provide tailored support to learners with complex special educational needs

*** Provide support with personal care and daily routines (where necessary)

*** Access to additional training and CPD through the National College for FREE, when working with Tradewind

Pupils at this school have been diagnosed with a range of complex special educational needs and the school celebrate strengths and talents that all learners and staff possess. The school offers a personalised curriculum to meet the individual needs of each student, fostering their development.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role:

• Previous experience working with learners with special educational needs.
• SEN qualification (desirable)
• Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm
• Willing to take on training and development provided by the agency and school.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or the ability to apply for one.
