Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant with a specific focus on autism to join a school in Hillingdon, West London. The school is for primary-aged children with Autism, Communication and sensory difficulties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN setting, specifically working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Deep understanding of autism and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or related fields are desirable.
