An upcoming and dynamic growing school for ages 11 - 16 in the London Borough of Brent are seeking a long term enthusiastic and reliable teaching assistant. The successful teaching assistant will showcase an understanding of working with children who display complex learning needs and have been referred to the school. This teaching assistant will also build great relationships with students and colleagues working on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to create a positive and comfortable environment for all.

The ideal teaching assistant will be determined to provide students with a calm and safe climate to supply a secure and cheerful learning environment. The successful teaching assistant will support class teachers to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum ensuring that children meet their individual needs. This teaching assistant will work proactively to help secure students’ re-integration back into mainstream schools.
