A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in New Addington is seeking a nurturing and proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis from April 22nd.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where early childhood development is at the heart of everything they do.

• Supporting children in Nursery and/or Reception
• Assisting with phonics, early number work, and play-based learning
• Helping to create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
• Supporting the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional development

• Experience working with children in EYFS (nursery or primary school setting)
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude
• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)

• A friendly, supportive team with a child-centred approach
