A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Kingston is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Post-16 provision, supporting students aged 16+ with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).

About the Role:

• Supporting students aged 16-19 with PMLD and complex needs
• Assisting with personal care, communication, sensory activities, and life skills
• Working closely with class teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support
• Promoting independence and inclusion in a calm, nurturing environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting individuals with PMLD, complex needs, or similar
• Comfortable with personal care and manual handling (training can be provided)
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Available to start immediately or in the coming weeks
