As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting children with additional needs, providing academic support in lessons, and delivering interventions where required. Job Role:

• Providing one-to-one support for students who need additional help with their learning
• Leading small group interventions to improve engagement and progress
• Assisting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons where required
• Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Supporting students with special educational needs or those who require additional guidance
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers

Requirements:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience)
• Experience working with secondary school students
• A patient, supportive, and proactive approach to learning support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for education and helping students succeed
