• Offer targeted support to students with special educational needs, focusing on social, emotional, and mental health aspects.
• Assist teachers in the development and execution of lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, ensuring all students feel supported and valued.
• Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them overcome challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff and fellow Learning Support Assistants to promote holistic student achievement.
• Help administer assessments and tests, creating a supportive and understanding testing environment.

• Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational support role, particularly in environments addressing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
• Strong ability to connect with students from diverse ages, backgrounds, and learning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction and support.
• Capacity to work both independently and as an integral part of a team.
