Teaching Assistant

• £13.68 per hour (32.5 hours per week)
• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

• Engage in both in-class and out-of-class interventions to foster effective participation of students in the social, behavioural, and academic processes of the school.
• Work collaboratively with the team to implement behaviour management strategies and develop relationships with students who may be vulnerable and have complex needs.
• Liaise with other agencies to ensure that student needs are fully met.
• Support the teacher in the delivery of engaging and successful lessons, contributing to a nurturing and effective learning environment.

• Passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the students.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, staff, and external agencies.
• Innovative and creative approach to teaching and learning.
• Drive and ambition to achieve personal and professional growth.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
