As a Teaching Assistant at this progressive school, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers with lesson delivery, creating engaging resources, and providing essential support to students in their daily activities. With a maximum of nine students per class based on their ability, you must be adaptable to work with children of varying ages and learning difficulties. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
