Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a school in Grantham that are seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant to start in September and will be ongoing until the position is no longer needed. The school values making a difference in young people's lives by providing a high quality and engaging learning environment.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Assist with planning activities and prepare resources for students.
• Work with pupils with challenging behaviour and defuse situations.
• Monitor students needs and provide feedback for other staff members.
• Promote development and learning opportunities for students that build self-esteem and independence.
• Be able to handle difficult situations by remain calm.

The daily rate is £88.94 - £95 per day.
