Teaching Assistants – Make a Difference in Telford
Pay: £87 - £92 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible or September 2025 available

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

• Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and on task throughout the school day

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their full potential

• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Assisting with classroom setup, resources, and day-to-day activities

• Reporting any concerns to relevant staff in line with safeguarding procedures

• Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational role

• DBS: Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities

• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
