This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development across the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. You will play a vital role in helping students flourish and reach their full potential during these crucial early years of education.

• £85-£100 (Depending on experience)

• Full Time (8:30-3:30)
• Term Time Only
• Clear DBS (Or willingness to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students.
• Provide tailored support to children with additional needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that promotes growth and development.
• Assist students individually or in small groups, offering additional support where needed.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.

What are Academics Ltd looking for?

• A passion for education and working with young learners.
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant (desirable but not essential).
• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An Enhanced DBS or the willingness to apply for one.
