We're currently supporting a well-established and high-performing specialist provision in Telford in their search for a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled and supportive team, making a real difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, long-term position supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). The successful candidate will be working at the specialist site, tailored to meet the complex needs of its learners.

You'll be working closely with a team of specialist teachers and support staff to deliver individualised, nurturing support that encourages growth, independence, and confidence.

What We're Looking For:
- A qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3)
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly SEMH or Autism (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive, resilient, and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
