The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the classroom. You’ll support pupils across the curriculum, run small group interventions, and help the teacher deliver engaging, inclusive lessons. You’ll also assist with classroom admin, behaviour management, and creating a positive learning environment for all pupils.

The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a genuine interest in working with children and a clear goal—whether that’s teacher training or a long-term role in education. You’ll need good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the confidence to step in and support pupils of all abilities. Any prior experience working with children, in schools or elsewhere, will help your application stand out.
