Mana Education is working closely with a welcoming secondary school in the Long Sutton area (commutable from Holbeach) to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support a Teacher we currently have placed in the school. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a collaborative working environment.

?? Working Hours
30 hours per week

Monday to Friday - Starting at 8.45am, with varying finish times depending on the school day.

?? Pay
£105.57 per day

?? Your Role
Support the classroom teacher with general classroom duties.

Provide one-to-one or small group support as required.

Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.

Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.

? Ideal Candidate
- Able to reliably commute to Long Sutton.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred.
- Confident, flexible, and committed to supporting learning.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
