As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 11-16 across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to support both their academic progress and personal development. You'll play a vital role in boosting confidence, encouraging positive relationships, and ensuring every student has access to a high-quality learning experience.

Our students have a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and behavioural challenges, and we're looking for individuals who are empathetic, resilient, and passionate about helping young people achieve their best.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable but not essential)
