We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in students' lives and assisting them in overcoming challenges to achieve their educational goals.

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and assistance.
• Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and ensure all activities are suitable for students' needs.
• Assist in the development of social skills and positive behaviour through direct interaction and engagement.
• Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Facilitate small group sessions and one-to-one support, focusing on academic and personal development.
• Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students and assist them in accessing the curriculum effectively.

• Experience working with children or young adults, particularly in an educational setting.
• Understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educational support.
• Relevant qualifications in education or special needs education are highly advantageous.
