We have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our Outstanding secondary school in Romford! Our inclusive and vibrant school is looking for dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic individuals to support our pupils in a mainstream secondary setting.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils aged 11-15 across KS3 and KS4, supporting both their academic development and social-emotional growth. You will play a key role in boosting confidence, nurturing positive relationships, and ensuring that all students have access to high-quality learning opportunities.

Our students have a variety of complex needs including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and behavioural challenges, and we are seeking Teaching Assistants who are patient, empathetic, and proactive in helping these learners reach their full potential.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable but not essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
