Teaching Assistant

Horizon Teachers is supporting a welcoming and well-resourced specialist primary setting in Reigate, currently seeking a Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

This setting caters for children with a range of complex learning needs, including Autism, speech and language difficulties, and sensory processing challenges. The school is looking for a calm, compassionate individual who can provide consistent support to pupils during the second half of the school day, including lunchtime and classroom-based learning.

What the school is looking for:

• A caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant available Monday to Friday, 11:303:30.
• Someone with experience (or interest) in supporting children with complex needs.
• A team player who can follow structure, offer emotional regulation support, and assist with personal care if required.
• An individual who values communication, patience, and building positive relationships.
