Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and work across a range of secondary schools in South East London, including Bromley. This is a long-term, full-time position starting immediately, with potential placements running until the end of the academic year.

This role is perfect for someone with previous child-based experience who is passionate about supporting young people in their learning. A valid, enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and provide targeted support to students who need it most. Your responsibilities may include one-to-one work, small group interventions, and assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation.
