Are you a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for full time opportunities in a primary school in Leeds? Reeson Education is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to support in a Key Stage 2 class on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities as an Teaching Assistant:

• Provide 1:1 and group support for children, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their goals.
• Assist in implementing tailored learning and behaviour plans for pupils with a range of needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Support pupils' emotional and social development, encouraging independence and confidence.
• Adapt to a new setting quickly, bringing energy and a proactive approach to each school you work in.

What We're Looking For in a Teaching Assistant:

• Experience in SEN: Previous experience supporting children with SEN.
• Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in working closely with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure cohesive support.
• Compassion and Patience: A nurturing approach to working with children who may face additional challenges.
