Randstad Education is partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wirral to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant committed to making a positive impact. You will be working in the Reception class but also supporting pupils with additional needs including Global delay and those with speech and language difficulties. This is a rewarding role which could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing support to students in individual or small group settings.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation.
• Ensuring a safe and stimulating learning space.
• Demonstrating knowledge of various teaching methods.
• Communicating effectively with children and engaging them in activities.

We Are Looking For:

• Resilient, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in UK childcare.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
• Two recent, verifiable professional references.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
