Teaching Assistant

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and behaviour management.
• Providing tailored support for children with SEND or additional needs.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Confident supporting children across a range of abilities and needs.
