Responsibilities:

• Providing classroom-based support to teachers across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Working one-to-one or in small groups with students who require additional support
• Assisting in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
• Helping maintain a calm, safe and productive classroom environment
• Encouraging pupil engagement and promoting positive behaviours
