• Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of learning materials and activities under the guidance of the teacher.
• Monitor and support the progress of students both academically and socially.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that fosters a sense of security and encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support individual student needs.

• Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar, preferably within an inclusive education setting.
• A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to student support.
• Relevant qualifications in education or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
