Experienced Teaching Assistants Required - West London Primary Schools

Are you a skilled teaching assistant with experience in primary education? Sanza Teaching Agency is working closely with a selection of well-regarded, inclusive schools across West London to recruit support staff for a range of classroom roles.

We are currently seeking teaching assistants to provide both general class support and targeted 1:1 help for pupils with additional needs. Positions are available immediately, with ongoing opportunities throughout the year.

The Roles Include:

• Supporting pupils in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

• A mix of general classroom roles and 1:1 SEN support

• Typical hours: 8:15am to 3:45pm (term-time only)

• Opportunities in friendly, well-supported school environments

• Options for both long-term and short-term placements

What We're Looking For:

• Recent experience working with children in a primary school

• Confident with the routines and expectations of a classroom setting

• Adaptable, dependable, and positive in your approach

• Able to support learning across a range of abilities

• Committed to making a meaningful contribution to pupils' progress
