Your Role in Our Team

As a Year 6 Learning Support Assistant, you'll be instrumental in shaping a positive and engaging learning experience for every pupil. You'll:

  • Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support in the Year 6 classroom.

  • Champion Our Pupils: Provide individualised support, helping pupils with their academic progress, social interactions, emotional well-being, and personal development as they prepare for secondary school.

  • Make Learning Exciting: Contribute to creating a fun, accessible, and stimulating learning environment for all.
