The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated teacher with proven experience in supporting pupils with SEND across KS1 and KS2. You will be responsible for delivering a differentiated and inclusive curriculum that ensures all pupils can access learning and achieve their full potential. This role requires someone confident in managing diverse learning needs and fostering a nurturing, structured classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess differentiated lessons for KS1 and KS2 in line with the national curriculum
• Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with a range of SEND
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Monitor and track pupil progress, tailoring interventions accordingly
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies
• Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils
