We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants (TA) to work within our network of schools in Doncaster for September starts. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing tailored support to students, fostering a nurturing environment, and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

• Provide tailored support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour and make academic progress.
• Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapt materials to meet student's needs.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional stability.
• Track and report on student's emotional, social, and academic progress.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
• Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
