We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team for the full academic year.

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

• Work with individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their full potential.

• Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and activities to support learning.

• Provide pastoral care and encouragement to ensure children feel safe, happy, and motivated.

• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold our values and ethos.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of working with primary aged children.

• Is passionate about supporting children’s learning, progress, and well-being.

• Demonstrates patience, creativity, and a positive, proactive approach.

• Can work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.

• Is committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
