Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple Teaching Assistants to support Secondary Schools across Derby and Derbyshire on an adhoc basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and enjoy working with young people. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone looking to gain hands-on school experience, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School, you will:

• Support pupils in lessons across a range of subjects.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students achieve their full potential.

• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.

• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

• Help to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Flexibility - choose the days you'd like to work.

• Variety - gain experience across different schools and year groups.

• Competitive pay - between £90 and £140 per day depending on experience.

• Dedicated support - from our friendly Derby office.

• A genuine passion for working with young people.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in a school or youth support setting is desirable but not essential.

• A positive and adaptable approach to supporting students' needs.
