We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to support students in a secondary school. This role is ideal for graduates with a strong academic background in English who are considering a career in teaching.

• Supporting teachers in delivering English lessons across KS3-KS5.

• Providing 1:1 and small group support in English Language and Literature.

• Assisting students with reading, writing, and comprehension tasks.

• Helping to prepare learning resources and classroom materials.

• Supporting students with varying learning needs to reach their potential.

• Contributing to a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

• A BSc in English or equivalent degree (English Literature, English Language, or related subject).

• Excellent communication and literacy skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate secondary school students.

• Passion for education and supporting young people.

• Previous school or tutoring experience is desirable but not essential.

• Competitive pay rate: £90-£110 per day.
