Location: Loughborough (LE12)
Salary: £90-£105 per day
Contract: Long-Term to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Start Date: September 2025 (Interview ASAP)

Are you a recent graduate looking to begin a career in specialist education? Or an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in an alternative provision setting?

Long Term Futures are working with an Alternative Provision that supports students aged 4-16 with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD and SEMH. The school is now looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from September.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) needs
• Working closely with teachers to help students access learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships
• Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, both emotionally and academically
• Supporting students inside and outside the classroom

About You:

• Experience with SEMH, ASD, or SEN preferred
• Calm, patient and resilient when faced with challenging behaviour
• Able to adapt and support students with a variety of additional support needs
