This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who wants to contribute to children's education and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning experience for all students.

• Teaching Assistant

• Primary School
• £85-£100 per day (Depending on Experience)
• Gloucester
• Full-Time (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
• Term Time Only
• Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply)

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
• Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.
• Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and organisation.
• Promote positive behaviour and support students with additional needs to help them succeed.

What Academics are Looking For:

• A passion for education and working with children.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to learning.
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
