Teaching Assistant HLTA

Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Various Primary Schools, Blackburn
Salary: £18 per hour
Starting: September 2025

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to work on supply starting in September 2025 across a variety of primary schools in and around Blackburn. Whether you're passionate about Early Years, KS1, or KS2, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners while gaining experience in diverse school environments.

What You'll Do:

• Provide support to children across Early Years, KS1, and KS2, ensuring their academic and social development.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Cover classes and lead small group interventions when required, helping students progress at their own pace.

What We're Looking For:

• At least a Level 4 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in primary school settings, across Early Years, KS1, or KS2.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
