? About the Role
As a General Support Teaching Assistant, youwill:

• Work alongside classteachers to support learning across the curriculum
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
• Help create a positive,inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children with additional needs to access learning
• Assist with classroom preparation, displays, and admin tasks

• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with children (in a school or other setting) is desirable
• A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
