Teaching assistant - KS1

A primary school in Gloucestershire is urgently seeking a KS1 Teaching Assistant for an immediate start.
Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
• Provide one-on-one support to pupils with diverse and complex needs.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on pupil progress.
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Requirements:

• Experience working with KS1 pupils.
• A good understanding of child development and learning strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school.
• A positive and nurturing attitude.
