Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant eager to support children's learning and development?
Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school is Handsworth, Birmingham, to recruit a General Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, contributing to the academic and personal growth of young learners.

About the Role:
· Provide classroom support across various subjects and key stages
· Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who may need additional support
· Support children's emotional well-being and social development
· Contribute to a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:
· Have previous experience supporting children in a primary school setting
· Be confident and adaptable working across year groups
· Have a caring, patient, and nurturing approach
· Be a reliable team player with excellent communication skills

Essential Requirements:
· Right to Work in the UK
· A Level 2 Qualification in Teaching & Learning, or equivalent
· Experience working with children in a school or early years setting
· A valid Enhanced Child Barred List DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
· Two recent, child-related professional references (covering the last two years)
