We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to support learning across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in schools located in the BS25-BS49 areas of North Somerset. This is a long-term opportunity starting in September 2025, ideal for individuals passionate about education and looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.Your new role
You'll be working alongside class teachers to support pupils' learning, provide one-to-one or small group interventions, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Depending on your experience and interests, responsibilities may include:

• General classroom support
• SEN support and behaviour management
• Literacy and numeracy interventions

Playground and lunchtime supervision

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• A proactive and supportive approach to learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
