Key Responsibilities:

* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils, including those with SEN
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom resources
* Contribute to the overall development and well-being of pupils

Requirements:

* Experience working with children (school setting preferred)
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
