What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Assisting the class teacher with general classroom duties

• Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Adapting support strategies to meet individual learning needs

• Encouraging student engagement and promoting independence

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in education or other settings)

• A genuine passion for supporting learning and development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and flexible approach

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

• Access to own car is desirable
