Job Title: Teaching Assistant SEN

Location: Chiswick

Contract Type: Full-Time (Term-time only)

Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum (D.O.E)

Veritas Education is partnering with a fantastic growing Special Education Needs school and they're in search of experienced, talented and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants. You'll have the opportunity to work with a vibrant mixed-age group with Autism and moderate learning difficulties.

The role:

• Supporting children with special education needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Sensory needs.
• Following their care plans to help them access all aspects of their education.
• Work together with teachers and support staff to create a well-rounded and inclusive learning space for everyone.
• Ensuring you follow the safeguarding protocols and undergoing the relevant training provided such as Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with children who have special educational needs.
• Passionate about children's development regardless of their abilities.
• Someone who is patient, resilient and adaptable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An understanding of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
