A vibrant and nurturing secondary SEND school in South Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their skilled and supportive team.

As a Teaching Assistant in this specialist setting, you will be supporting students aged 11–16 with a range of complex needs including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. Working alongside experienced teachers and therapists, the successful Teaching Assistant will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students to engage in learning, develop independence, and build confidence both academically and emotionally.

Job Role:

• Supporting students with complex SEND needs across Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Providing one-to-one support and running small group interventions.
• Helping students with emotional regulation and social interaction.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other Teaching Assistants.
• Promoting positive behaviour and supporting individual learning plans.
